The standard price for an IVR recording is $330 which includes up to 10 audio “items”*

An additional charge will apply for IVR recordings with more than 10 items.

Each batch of up to 10 additional audio “items” (or part thereof per order) is a further $110.

The standard price for an On Hold Message Audio Recording is $499.

  • This includes up to 10 “messages” about your business, each up to around 30 seconds long; punctuated and accentuated with music (if desired).
  • It includes one standard Telephone Audio Magic voiceover professional.
  • It includes free scriptwriting (and phone consultation if necessary) to create a script you are happy with.

(in addition to the regular 10) Our draft On Hold script will contain 10 messages about your business. If you require more than 10, this is the extra cost. Most businesses find that up to 10 messages is ample.

Perhaps we’ll get the draft script right straight away.
Chances are, however, that some alterations will be required!
Make any alterations you like or add bulletpoint notes, we’ll simply re-script until you are happy. NB: Re-scripting is free for up to 3 versions. Further fees apply for re-scripting beyond this point

2. Audio recording

Once you approve the script, just let us know by email and we will promptly produce your new On-Hold recording straight away. You’ll receive your recorded On Hold Message within around 2-3 days; at which time we require the remaining fee ($449, plus any options you have chosen if applicable).

3. Payment

  • Payment of the balance is required the same day that we deliver your audio recordings.

Multiple Voice Mail Greetings orders can be ordered at an additional $44 per Greeting; (and $44 script writing if applicable).
