How do I know if my phone system is equipped for IVR?
Ask your Telephone Service Supplier. If your system does not yet support IVR, you might like to ask for an upgrade to a system which does.
What format do I need?
Usually, IVR recordings are uploaded or entered by your Telephone Service Supplier (TSS).
Consider: Who bills you for telephone services? Simply contact that company and tell them you have ordered an IVR recording. Ask them to supply their audio format requirements for IVR.
If you’re not sure of those audio format requirements at time of ordering, don’t worry. We will request that information later, after you’ve had a chance to find out. So you can still go ahead and order.
Naturally we’ll provide your IVR Audio Recordings in the audio format your TSS requests.
Audio recordings of a series of scripted IVR prompts
- $330 for up to 10 audio “items”.*
- $110 for each extra 10 audio “items” or part thereof per order

If you need help writing the scripts for your IVR so they sound “just right”, we’ll ask for $44 for each batch of up to 10 items that you would like us to re-write, so they sound best.
(We’ll provide you with the re-scripted items for your final authorization prior to recording).
